EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Shake Well. Apply 2-3 pumps to a wet hand towel or use your wet fingers. Gently wash your vulva (the external part of your vag) only, thoroughly washing between the folds. DIRECTIONS

1) Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil.
