EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Shake Well. Apply 2-3 pumps to a wet hand towel or use your wet fingers. Gently wash your vulva (the external part of your vag) only, thoroughly washing between the folds. Shake well before use. For maintenance, Gently apply 1-2 pumps daily after bath & shower, before & after intercourse, and as needed on skin. DIRECTIONS
