INGREDIENTS

Yoni steaming is an age-old remedy that has been tested and proven by generations before us.

◉ Sarsaparilla: Helps blood flow and aids in detoxification in the body. Also increases pleasure.

◉ Pulsatilla: Used for PMS including feminine discharge.

◉ Amur Corktree Bark: Aids in the relief of feminine itchiness and/or swelling. Helps with excessive discharge.

DIRECTIONS

1) Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil.

2) Open 3-4 tea bags and pour herbal contents into the "Your Highness" Seat and dispose of tea bags properly.

3) Place sit on floor under towel for a more relaxing environment or raise the seat of toilet and place your "Your Highness" seat in the toilet bowl and lay the toilet back down for comfortable seating and to hold your weight properly.

4) Pour boiling water over herbs and let Steep herbs for 3-5 minutes allowing the herbs to infuse and steam to cool a little.

5) Disrobe from the waist down and wrap a large blanket or towel around our waist to entrap the steam and take a seat on toilet.

6) Steam for about 20 minutes.

7) The steam should feel pleasant, and you’ll likely find the sensation of the steam enjoyable.

8) This is a great time to relax. You can write in a journal, listen to a guided meditation or set some intentions or manifestation for our being.

9) After V-Steaming pour the herbal contents into grass or a garden to nourish the earth and release the negative elements including illness, pain, or negative emotions into the Universe. If this method is not available, when flushing the contents into the commode say an affirmation to release all that the negativity into the Universe and LET GO!
